19th centuries that simply oozes history. This
throwback to the schoolrooms of yesteryear offers a warm atmosphere,
with its schist stones, limestone walls, beams and comfortable

Cold drinks: A selection of cold drinks and ice creams completes the menu, including organic and artisanal lemonade, organic fruit juices and cordials, Terre de Glaces artisanal ice cream, and Organic Spirit natural cocktails.
Quality delicatessen products for sale include Canasuc sugars, A l'Olivier oils, "Oh!" bottled preserves of forgotten vegetables, Breton biscuits made by Vénètes, Coteaux Nantais organic vegetable and fruit juices, specialities from La Nougaterie des Fumades, Lancelot craft beers, a selection of wines (mostly organic) and fine china, not forgetting a range of Olivier Langlois and Esprit Zen cast iron, terracotta and glass teapots. Caroline’s inventive cuisine embraces fresh, seasonal produce. Her ever-evolving recipes blend tradition with new flavours and incorporate local produce. Her exotically flavoured dishes often feature long-forgotten vegetables and even seaweed.

breadsticks and organic Spanish ham. The wine list features 80 wines from organic and biodynamic wine growers, and organic viticultures.
